The microcomputer automatic ash fusion tester uses the microcomputer to automatically control the ash fusion measurement process. A high resolution industrial camera is selected. The gray cone image is displayed directly on the microcomputer. The images of the whole test are recorded. Once the prototype is selected, the computer will automatically adjust the brightness of the image to maintain clearness and naturalness of the images all the time.
The prototype temperature, soften temperature, hemispheric temperature and flow temperature of 1 to 3 three specimens can be determined and captured with the automatic method or the manual method; and, at the same time, the real-time image corresponding to the temperature can be captured and the result image and the corresponding temperature value of the gray cone can be printed; the images and temperatures of the test process can be stored on the disk. The instrument can be widely used in the power, coal, metallurgy industries as well as other industries.

After 4800 ℃, the specimens in the furnace can be seen clearly.
Operation procedures
After turning on the computer, turn on the power supply of the ash Fusion point furnace, and then single click the Start button with the mouse. The Start menu appears on the screen. Click the Program item on the Start menu, find the ash Fusion point in the Program item, and single click, then the ash fluxing test program starts to run, and the main interface appear on the screen. Press any key at this time or wait a few seconds for the program to enter its main steps.
1. Start and stop testing Single click the Start key, the system will begin the temperature rise and the temperature rise process is automatically controlled by the computer; the images are automatically stored in the file. When the temperature is greater than 1500 ℃, the system will automatically complete the test. If you need to stop during the test, single click the Stop button with the mouse to stop the test. 2. When you carry out the operation for the first time or the image is not clear, you can adjust the clarity of the image by means of the setting function. 3. Observing of the characteristic temperatures When you have picked out the appropriate image, you can single click the appropriate result image box to store the image as the result. If you want to cancel the resulted image, double click the image result with the mouse. By single clicking Specimen 1, Specimen 2, Specimen 3, Specimen 4, you can turn the result sheets in of the four specimens 4. Image access operations The disc reading operations and the disc saving operation are the same. Press the "Saving" or the "Reading" key and the option menu appears: The system image file directory is defaulted as: D: Ash Fusion point file. You can also select an appropriate directory yourself. When an appropriate directory has been selected, enter in the file name column the specimen file name that needs to be read or called, and then single click the "Open" or "Save" key to read out the test results which have already been stored in the computer or save the test results in the computer. If you want to cancel the operation, click cancel.
Cautions for use
1. The power supply of the ash Fusion point furnace should be turned on at the beginning of the test, and should be turned off in time after the experiment is done. This is to prevent any damages to the heating elements of the furnace body. 2, The graphic resolution of the computer should be set to 640 × 480 and the image should be set to 16 bits. 3. The screen saver of the computer should be turned off. 4, The power of the computer display should be turned off. 5, The instrument must be provided with a good grounding. 6. When installing or disassembling the furnace, caution should be taken so as not to damage the silicon carbon tube or cause the furnace frame to vibrate strongly. 7. The maximum operating current shall not exceed 30A. 8. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place and should not treat substances with high moisture in the furnace. 9. It is strictly prohibited to feed chlorine gas to the furnace. In case that blind coal is used for controlling the gas compositions, do not use those with a high sulfur content.
